I have over 16 years of Sales, Management and Recruitment experience and have worked in the UK and Australia. Starting my career in sales, I quickly progressed into a management role for a leading environmental company in London. An integral part of this role was the building of teams for a variety of purposes and I quickly learnt the importance of successful recruitment. This gave me a real sense as to how important it is to maintain honesty and integrity, at all times, and that for any arrangement to be a success it has to be mutually beneficial and agreeable.
