Before joining AccountAbility in the winter of 2007 I had a rather curious yet sceptical viewpoint on the recruitment world. Champagne charlies, pin stripe suits and exaggerated egos were a few things that sprung to mind.

Luckily for me AccountAbility turned out to be the complete opposite. It was immediately apparent that we have a great business structure, a highly approachable management team, great incentives and most of all an awesome team of consultants who enjoy working together and achieving results!

Yes we are a target driven organisation and yes the bottom line does count but what I can see from speaking to other consultants within the industry is that AccountAbility have a realistic and practical approach to their expectations and they will always do that little bit extra to reward their staff.
