After much success over the last three years, the Parramatta team has seen growth from a team of two to currently seven consultants.
Here’s a little bit more about them……
Amber Teagle – Associate Director – Western Sydney
Amber joined AccountAbility in 2005 and became Manger of the Parramatta office in 2011 , she is now Associate Director of Western Sydney. Amber is looking forward to welcoming a new addition to her family soon!
Marcus Stubbs – Principal Consultant – Contracting
Marcus joined a young Accountability in 2006, as the company’s 5th employee. Since then he’s managed the Kogarah office, been promoted to a Principal consultant and currently runs the top performing temp desk in Accountability from the Parramatta office. Don’t let his appearance fool you though, although he looks like an accountant, he was once a professional DJ in countries like Antigua, Ibiza & the UK!
Leisa Phillips – Consultant – Contracting
Leisa has over 8 years’ experience mainly in temp recruitment spanning the dizzy heights of Swindon and now Parramatta, A quiet character who always gets to the point quickly…not
Loves Wine, Chocolate, her cats and Terry (her husband) mainly in that order!
Penny Gauld – Consultant – Contracting
Penny has been with AccountAbility for just over a year, flying straight in from the UK. She had 2 years’ experience in recruitment back in the UK but wanted the highlights of recruitment in a warmer climate. She has won a number of competitions for being extremely gullible which keeps the Parramatta team highly amused!
Janine Coppeller – Consultant – Permanent
Janine has 12 year’s experience within the recruitment industry both in-house and consultancy.
Janine joined AccountAbility in November 2010 when she moved from the UK to Sydney. She works from the Parramatta office servicing the West and South West area for permanent staff. When Janine isn’t recruiting she is adding to her ever growing collection of shoes which is now over 200 pairs!!
Kaeley Figl – Consultant - Permanent
Kaeley is the newest addition to the Accountability family in Parramatta bringing with her three years’ recruitment experience in Western Sydney. Despite joining a team of English expats, she still hasn’t found anyone else that is sad enough to have EastEnders on series link in their Foxtel planner.
Amie Thomas-Bennie – Candidate Care Consultant
Amie is the candidate care consultant and focuses on ensuring that all candidates are hearing about suitable roles. She has been with the business since 2007 and in her spare time she enjoys play dough and finger painting.
