AccountAbility Referral Scheme

Entry into the AccountAbility Referral Scheme is deemed to be acceptances of these terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility will be from Monday 4th July 2011, until midnight on Friday 2nd March, 2012. Any referrals made after this date will be disqualified from this scheme.
  • To qualify your referral must be placed in a role by AccountAbility and remain there for one month (temp role) or three months (permanent role).
  • All qualifying referrers who have submitted within the stipulated dates (Monday 4th July 2011, until midnight on Friday 2nd March, 2012) will be entered into a draw to win two return flights to New York, Paris, London, Tokyo or Honolulu, as specified previously on the original referral form. The draw date will be on 25th June 2012.
  • The winner of the return flights to the pre-specified destination is required to collect their prize within 6 months of the winner announcement date.
  • Flights will be booked by AccountAbility on behalf of the winner. Any extensions/upgrades will be at the winner’s cost.
  • Not for travel during peak periods.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • In the event that AccountAbility is, for any reason, unable to procure the indicated gift, we reserve the right to substitute a gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
  • The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being submitted to AccountAbility for this scheme before the date of the referral. The referrer will indemnify AccountAbility for any loss or claim arising out of the referrer’s failure to procure such consent. AccountAbility is subject to the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
  • It is the referrer’s responsibility to contact their AccountAbility consultant in order to claim their referral gift.
  • Candidates can only be referred to AccountAbility once. In the event that a candidate is referred to AccountAbility more than once by the same referrer and/or by other referrers, only the first referrer will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme. AccountAbility reserves the right of judgement and all decisions are final.
  • Permanent employees of AccountAbility are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
  • AccountAbility accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize for reasons beyond its control.
  • AccountAbility makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, AccountAbility is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the scheme or acceptance of the prize.
