​My career journey has been a little unconventional, and I think that's what makes recruitment such a great fit for me.

Before moving into recruitment, I built my experience across customer service, retail leadership, training coordination, and administration. No matter the role, working with people has always been my favourite part. I love getting to know what motivates people, what they're passionate about, and what makes them tick.

I started my recruitment career in 2024 and quickly discovered that I loved the challenge of sourcing talent and uncovering opportunities that others might miss. What excites me most is the detective side of recruitment, whether that's identifying hidden talent, building strong candidate relationships, or connecting people with opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations.

As an Associate Consultant within the Talent & Research team, I enjoy speaking with professionals from all walks of life and learning about their career journeys. I believe recruitment is about much more than matching a CV to a job description. It's about understanding the person behind the resume and helping them take the next step in their career.

I'm naturally curious, a people person at heart, and someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships. Whether you're actively looking for your next opportunity or simply exploring the market, I'm always happy to have a chat.

Outside of work:

Outside of work, you'll usually find me hunting for the best thrift finds, planning trips that may or may not ever make it out of the group chat, or searching for hidden food gems.

I'm a big fan of anything spontaneous, whether that's a road trip, a live music event, a coastal walk, or simply saying yes to an unexpected plan. I'm also the friend who's always keen to tag along, even if it's just a quick grocery run.

When I'm not out and about, I love a cozy movie night, trying to decide on my next nail design, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with my corgi, who is basically a fluffy little celebrity in our household.

I firmly believe that dessert should never be skipped, great music can improve any day, and life is always better when it's spent with good people.
