Accountant/Graduate Accountant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant looking to join a Global organisation with the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.

2. Specific Tasks:

• Support Financial Planning (Annual Operating Plan - AOP), Forecasting, and Reporting processes for the South Pacific entity
• Support Manufacturing activities within the business, including providing costing and Inventory Accounting
• Provide support for Product Costing and Inventory Accounting Processes
• Prepare the monthly reporting of financial results to regional and corporate Finance and Entity team members
• Support in addressing all financial queries & analysis required by local and corporate management
• Monthly and quarterly BAS preparation
• Payroll and associated compliance for a small team
• Support Preparation of profit and loss statements
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Assisting with financial reporting and journals for end of month and year.
• Performing reconciliations for all accounts and General Ledgers.
• Maintaining the fixed asset ledgers
• Other ad-hoc analysis or reporting as required by the finance team.

This role will suit someone with 2-3 years' experience who is partially CPA/CA qualified or looking to further their studies.
