We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a Financial Services business on a permanent basis.
Based in the Abbotsford office, the successful candidate will be part of a wider team, working together on volume reconciliations, payments and applications.
The role entails:
- High volume reconciliations against reported and processed amounts
- Investigation and resolving reconciliation discrepancies and disputes
- Meeting of compliance deadlines relating to daily, weekly & monthly processing and reporting requirements
- Application from receiving through to redemption
Required skills and experience
- Precious experience in high volume reconciliations from either a Accounts Assistant or Reconciliation officer role
- Previous experience within Funds Management highly desired
- Understanding of various accounting systems, including general ledger and reconciliations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A tasked focussed professional with high attention to detail
- Abbotsford location
- Flexible working 2 in the office and 3 at home
- Salary of $66,000+ super
- Open to any systems usage
