We are thrilled to partner with one of Australia's leading hospitality groups, specilaising in luxury hospitality venues around Sydney. You will work with a fantastic, collaborative team in Sydney's CBD.
This team works in an exciting and analytical way, with no boring data entry to be done, you can think outisde the box and use your advanced AP skills. You will be a fantastic communicator and enjoy working in a fast paced and friendly business.
THE ROLE:
- Be responsible for supplier reconciliation
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Preparation of payment runs
- Assisting with month-end tasks
- Ensure creditors ledger is always up to date
- Resolve issues with supplier invoices processing
YOU:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in the Accounting software as SUN systems
- Qualification or currently studying Accounting/ Bookkeeping (preferable)
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Work autonomously as part of the team
- Full working rights required + Fully Vaccinated
