The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, managing the end-to-end process while leading and mentoring a team of 5.
You'll play a critical role in optimising cashflow, improving systems and processes, and partnering with key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of the AR function across a complex, high-volume environment
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 AR professionals
- Drive cashflow performance, collections strategy, and debtor management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Leverage Excel and systems to analyse data and improve reporting accuracy
- Partner with leadership on financial insights and performance
About You
- Proven experience in an AR Manager or Senior AR Lead role
- Strong end-to-end Accounts Receivable knowledge
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with systems and process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on cashflow and outcomes
