We have an exciting opportunity with a well known and loved Australian brand based within retail for an experienced AR professional.
Full time with a WFH flexibitlies sitting within a small AR team your duties would be but not limited to :
- Daily banking and cash receipting
- Allocation of payments
- Processing of miscellaneous invoices, credit notes and journals
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Liaising with internal and external customers with regards to account queries and maintaining customer expectations
- Completing daily integrations
- Manage debtors ledger ensuring that overdue accounts are investigated/collected within KPIs provided
Desired Skill Sets:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong numerical skills
- Highly organized, good time management and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and KPI's
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven skills being a problem solver, using your initiative and being proactive
- Well rounded skills working effectively within a team
- Self Motivated and Collaborative
- Be comfortable working in an office environment and at home
