Accounts Receivable Officer
- $75,000 - $85,000 + Super | Chatswood NSW 2067, 2 Days WFH

THE ROLE
- Manage day‑to‑day accounts receivable and billings activities
- Follow up outstanding balances and work with customers to resolve overdue accounts
- Process receipts, adjustments, credits and refunds
- Account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate customer and account records within the finance system
- Support month‑end close activities including reconciliations and reporting
- Respond to billing queries with a high level of professionalism and care
- Collaborate closely with finance and operational teams
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
THE PERSON
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable / Billings
- Comfortable managing collections and having professional payment conversations
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to reconciliations
- Confident using accounting or ERP systems
- Solid Excel capability
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Full working rights required for this permanent position
