Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end billing and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Handling a low-volume, high-value customer portfolio
  • Preparing accurate invoices, statements, and billing reports
  • Managing debtor collections, account reconciliations, and banking activities
  • Acting as the key contact for billing and revenue-related queries
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Assisting with month-end journals, reporting, and audit requirements
  • Producing revenue analysis and reporting insights
  • Identifying process improvement initiatives and efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable and billing roles
  • Previous experience within an ASX-listed or large corporate environment highly regarded
  • Strong experience managing high-value customer accounts
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of processes
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with Xero or similar ERP/accounting systems advantageous
  • Full Australian working rights required
