We are currently looking for talented and enthusiastic administration assistants with previous experience to jump on board with various clients that we are working with across the western suburbs of Melbourne. There are several short-term opportunities available across a variety of industries which could become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Mail/Email correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Filing, scanning and document control
  • Preparation of presentations via PowerPoint
  • Ordering supplies for the office


Your skills:

  • 2+ years of recent, relevant experience
  • Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fantastic time management
  • Polite phone manner
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships
  • Ability to display initiative


The details:

  • $25-$35 +super p/hour (dependent on role and skills)
  • Western suburbs locations
  • Immediate start preferred
  • Flexibility in working hours
