My client a manufacturing business are currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their Sales team to assist with sales administration, reporting, client liaisons and adhoc duties. This varied role will see you assist the sales and account management team with a variety of exciting and diverse duties and will help to grow and develop your skillset, whilst acting as a valued resource within the team.

Key responsibilities:

As Administration Assistant your main responsibilities will include;

  • Sales administration
  • Acting as a point of contact for client needs
  • Data extraction and reporting using internal CRMs and Excel
  • Assisting the broader team with sales support
  • Manage internal projects
  • Inbox management
  • Update internal systems
  • Adhoc duties

The person

We are looking for a proactive individual who is comfortable operating within a corporate office environment. In order to be successful in this opportunity, you will require:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (skill testing with be administered)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge using Microsoft suite and Pronto
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • A can do and non-precious attitude
