Our client within the Financial Service Industry is looking for additional support within their contact centre, on a 3- month contract, working from home. There are multiple roles, and we are looking to shortlist ASAP.
The Role will entail tasks such as:
- Receive inbound calls from clients and customers
- Assist with general enquires through to conflict resolution
- Investigate and resolve complaints and escalate where resolution cannot be reached
- Provide empathy, listening skills to all customers
- Be proficient with internal databases
The Successful Candidates:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Must have minimum 1 years' experience within a contact centre environment
- Previous Financial Services experience will be advantageous
- Strong and fluent communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and take ownership and responsibility for issues.
- Have the ability to work from home including laptop, headset, WIFI
