THE ROLE
- Managing your own set of customer accounts building rapport
- Meet monthly Cash collection targets
- Setting up new clients & running credit checks
- Analyse debtor accounts
- Resolve internal and external queries
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Completing weekly and monthly reports
- Other duties as required
THE PERSON
- Experience as a Credit Controller/ Accounts receivable/ Collections
- Would consider accounting graduates looking to learn
- Work efficiently in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Valid Police Check
