Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance & HR Coordinator to support operational and HR functions.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the business remains compliant with relevant systems and safety standards. Ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or HR-related roles, this position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to engage confidently with both staff and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with company systems and policies, including fatigue management standards and safety protocols
- Oversee and maintain employee induction processes to ensure all staff are onboarded correctly and consistently
- Keep internal systems and portals up to date with accurate and timely information
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and operational staff regarding compliance and procedural matters
- Support general office operations, including equipment management, supplier coordination, and basic facilities support
- Assist in maintaining documentation, records, and registers related to compliance and operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a well-organised, efficient workplace
- Provide administrative assistance across compliance, HR, and operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in compliance, legal administration, or HR coordination
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with supervisors, team leaders, and external parties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience using online systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and contribute to process improvements
