Currently we have multiple temporary Corporate Reception roles across the Melbourne area. Our Corporate Reception roles can vary from 1-2 day assignments to longer in duration, some with an opportunity for permanency.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Operate telephone switchboards
  • Arrange appointments and book meeting rooms
  • Word processing, filling and bookkeeping where required
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • General administration and other ad-hoc duties where required

Your skills and expertise will include:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Corporate Receptionist
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Engaging and personable
  • Professional demeanour, representing the business in the best light
  • Self-starter with a high attention to detail
