Job Description
Currently we have multiple temporary Corporate Reception roles across the Melbourne area. Our Corporate Reception roles can vary from 1-2 day assignments to longer in duration, some with an opportunity for permanency.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet visitors
- Operate telephone switchboards
- Arrange appointments and book meeting rooms
- Word processing, filling and bookkeeping where required
- Sort and distribute mail
- General administration and other ad-hoc duties where required
Your skills and expertise will include:
- 2+ years' experience as a Corporate Receptionist
- Immaculate presentation
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Engaging and personable
- Professional demeanour, representing the business in the best light
- Self-starter with a high attention to detail
