The Credit Team Leader will report directly to the Shared Services Manager, taking a hands-on approach while also mentoring and leading the credit team.
This role would suit a Senior Credit Controller, Senior Accounts Receivable professional, or an existing Credit Team Leader looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment. The role:
- Lead the credit function supporting a small team
- Manage and monitor all accounts to ensure timely payment
- Access credit health of new and existing customers
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries with a high standard of customer service
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
The successful candidate:
- Proven experience in a team leader or senior position where you have lead or mentored others
- A strong track record in reducing debt
- The proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent organisation skills and an ability to plan and prioritise
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Have a high level of enthusiasm and a positive approach
