Our client is a leading FMCG business and are looking for two Customer Service Agents to join their team on a contract basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be dealing with general queries from both individuals and companies and taking orders for product over the phone. As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Agent will be very relationship driven and have excellent communication skills.

There are two roles available, one based in the City and one in Port Melbourne - although both are fully working from home at this stage.

The role:

  • Inbound customer service - call centre type environment
  • Handling general and data based queries from both individuals and companies (role 1)
  • Data entry in the ERP, including taking orders over the phone (role 2)
  • Solving basic queries and transferring more complex on to other relative departments
  • Both B2B and B2C customer service

The Successful Candidate:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in a call centre role
  • Highly developed communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Highly developed administrative skills, including ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for assisting customers and finding solutions
  • Willingness to be a team player
