Customer Service/Sales Administrator

  • $60,000 - $65,000 + Super (+ fantastic benefits & a generous allowance to spend on their products!)
  • Global FMCG Business within the Alcohol & beverages industry!

  • Processing of sales orders and great customer service skills are essential!

The Company

The business is in an exciting phase of growth here in Australia and has weathered the Covid storm by having diverse revenue streams. You will work for a passionate, engaging, smart and energetic leader who will support you to be your best and help you to grow into the role.

You will work within a team of 2, and be liaising with various stakeholders across the business within finance, logistics and sales!

Your duties will include:

  • Placing orders on the system from multiple sources (majority via email but phone as well)
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Building rapport and trust with customers, giving advice and help on the products
  • Dealing with delivery or stock level challenges, adhering to tight deadlines and time pressures
  • Problem solving
  • Liaising with various stakeholders across the business within finance, logistics and sales
  • General Administrative duties and updating records

The Person

In order to be successful in the role you will have/be:

  • Previous experience customer service and dealing with high volumes of orders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • Wine or beverage industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • FMCG experience is highly regarded
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident as this role will be Permanent
