The Role:

  • High volume sales order processing and invoicing
  • Providing customers with an exceptional experience
  • Manage customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaising with third party logistics companies
  • Inventory management
  • Adhoc duties
  • Data entry
  • Stakeholder engagement

The Person:

  • Excellent attention to detail and high-level administrative skills
  • Experienced in a similar role
  • Logistics experience
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems would be advantageous
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
