The Company
This Executive Search firm based in the CBD continue to go from strength to strength in market and have huge growth expected over the next 2 years which will help to develop and growth your career.
The Role
As Corporate Receptionist and Administration you will be supporting this busy and fast paced team, supporting senior partners with all required duties.

You main duties will include:

  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct calls accordingly
  • Administration support
  • Coordination and scheduling of meeting rooms
  • Event coordination
  • Document creation and amendments
  • Expense management
  • An ad hoc administration requests as required

The Person
To be considered for this rare opportunity, a background within Professional Services is highly desired, however not essential, other key requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a high-volume administrative support role
  • Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work whilst working within a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Adaptability within a fluid environment
