This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently in an office support role who's been doing EA duties ad hoc and ready to take the next step into a dedicated EA position.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and EA support to 2-3 Partners
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions
- Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Support office operations and assist with team coordination
- Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Manage multiple priorities with a calm, proactive approach
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or Team Assistant
- Exposure to EA duties (e.g. diary management, stakeholder support) highly desirable
- Ideally experience within recruitment, professional services, or financial services
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to step up into an EA role
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Full working rights in Australia
