Looking for experienced Secretary/ EA/ PA/ Reception to join this growing international business, acting as point of contact offering WFH and work life balance.

You will act as the point of contact for all office related enquiries and manage the office like it's your own.

THE ROLE

  • Calendar management and meeting arrangements
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Daily expenses and various reporting
  • Office management and coordination
  • Maintain office stationery and supplies
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Managing phone calls and emails promptly

THE PERSON

  • English communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to speak Mandarin - ability to speak and read
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Professional with the ability to liaise with stakeholders
  • Minimum 7 years experience in administration
