This leading Finance business are looking for an experienced Administration and Facilities lead to join their team as the business continues to go from strength to strength and grow within market. This role will see you assist with the national delivery of the facilities function. To be successful within this role you will be required to assist with the following;

Key responsibilities -


  • Project manage refurbishments of existing and new locations
  • Conduct budgeting and reporting
  • Coordination of workplace maintenance
  • Manage workplace changes, maintenance and utilisation of space
  • Internal and external Stakeholder management to ensure delivery and supplier engagement
  • Manage timelines of ongoing and upcoming budgets
  • High level reporting and compliance
  • Lead coordination of OHS
  • Adhoc duties


About you -

We are looking for a proactive individual who has a wealth of knowledge leading facilities. To be successful in the role of Facilities and Administration Lead you will need;

  • Minimum 4 years' experience within a Facilities management role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Onsite facilities experience
  • Clear understanding of activity-based working
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Ability to respond well within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Strong understanding of Finance
