Position Title: Customer Database Administrator
Location - Mascot
Salary - $26-$30ph+Super
Duration - 4 weeks, potential to extend!
Key strengths would include a high attention to detail, well organised and good communication skills. You will need to work well within a team environment to complete the below daily tasks by the required time frame. Experience is required in database administration, customer service and any form of finance.
The working hours will be from 10am to 6pm and intermediate excel skills is recommended.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Customer contract review
- Data entry of contract details
- Customer service to all employees regarding the database operating system
- Customer data maintenance
- DocuSign (customer contract system) support to internal employees
- Customer credit checks
- Credit department liaison
- Ad-hoc Tasks
