We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing Business across Au/NZ. Our client provide a wide range of IT business solutions to their clients and are seeing a large amount of growth hence they are now needing a Finance and Operations Manager.
As part of your Management role you will lead and oversee the teams functions including:
- Management of 4.5 FTE's across Finance/AP/AR admin officers
- Month end/Year end duties
- P&L
- Large amount of reporting across all business units
You will own and be responsible for delivery of:
- Monthly Income Statement preparation including
- Revenue review across all company pillars
- Expense review across all company pillars
- Accruals - revenue and expense
- Asset Management, acquisitions and depreciation
- MBO/Bonus accrual management
- Supplier Invoice approvals
- Company Insurance renewals
- Company Leases
- Internal costs management and efficiency
- System ownership and continual process improvements
- Finance Representative for new Company Acquisitions
We are needing someone who has a high understanding of how a business works. Who is able to do all the high level reporting that is requires as well as manage the shared services team. The role itself will be quite busy and challenging but also very rewarding
