Job Title - Finance Business Administrator

Location - Marrickville

Salary - $28 - $35ph+Super

Duration - 1-2 months

Start Date - ASAP

A new and rare opportunity has recently arisen an experienced Business Administrator to join a leading not for profit company in Sydney's Inner West to start immediately on a part time basis! This is an outstanding opportunity for a ambitious, motivated individual to undertake a challenging new role!

*Netsuite experience is essential*

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Process all of the following administration requests through accurate data entry into Netsuite system as required:

  • Ensuring all data is correct and generating shipping and packing labels for daily dispatch
  • Ensuring all data for renewal notices is checked and prepared for the mailing house to send
  • Processing of Agency Subscriptions orders
  • Generating Renewal Invoices for Institution, Schools and Not for Profit online subscriptions
  • Updating payment details
  • Processing cheque, credit cards and b-pay renewals
  • Cancelling subscriptions
  • Updating member's personal information, including change of address
  • Responding to written correspondence (letters and emails)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Netsuite experience
  • Minimum 6 months previous customer service experience in service driven environment
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated administrative experience preferably within a customer service department Demonstrated problem resolution experience
  • To act as a product / subject matter expert
  • Strong time management skills, including ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests
  • Broad knowledge and interest in consumer affairs
  • Strong customer focus Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Effective listening skills
  • Understanding of computer software - in particular Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Motivated by challenge, achievement and being part of a cohesive team
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm at 95% accuracy level
