The Role
A rare opportunity to make a difference to an essential Healthcare provider and support the journey of it's amazing payroll function.
- Drive roll out & optimisation plan for ichris system
- Systems Administration of payroll platform & HR/Time Capture systems interface
- Auditing all aspects of the payroll process
- Contribute to design & execution of project plan
- Process efficiency & streamlining
- Integrate values of customer service; accessibility of payroll information & support
- Liaise with systems provider to ensure optimal configuration
- Process documentation
- Update wage types, codes etc
Work in collaboration with a group of subject matter experts, to ensure the success of this project & the ongoing efficient management of the various HR systems platforms.

- Esentially you will understand how to implement payroll compilance into organisational risk management strategy
- Be able to identify key risk areas & implement robust controls around this
- Create test scenarios for upgrades of all HRIS related platforms
- Exposure to Implementation of ichris/Chris 21 is essential
