The Role

A rare opportunity to make a difference to an essential Healthcare provider and support the journey of it's amazing payroll function.

  • Drive roll out & optimisation plan for ichris system
  • Systems Administration of payroll platform & HR/Time Capture systems interface
  • Auditing all aspects of the payroll process
  • Contribute to design & execution of project plan
  • Process efficiency & streamlining
  • Integrate values of customer service; accessibility of payroll information & support
  • Liaise with systems provider to ensure optimal configuration
  • Process documentation
  • Update wage types, codes etc

Work in collaboration with a group of subject matter experts, to ensure the success of this project & the ongoing efficient management of the various HR systems platforms.

  • Esentially you will understand how to implement payroll compilance into organisational risk management strategy
  • Be able to identify key risk areas & implement robust controls around this
  • Create test scenarios for upgrades of all HRIS related platforms
  • Exposure to Implementation of ichris/Chris 21 is essential
