The business is urgently looking for a Senior Payroll Manager with the business engagement skills to develop valuable relationships with Operational & Senior Stakeholders.
- Management of complex payroll function of 8,000 employees plus
- Systems Administration of multiple systems Payroll; Rostering and T & A platforms
- Forensic investigation of Legacy Payroll issues & reconciliations
- Month End & Year End Reconciliations
- Introduction of effective compliance & internal controls
- Developing exceptional relationships with third parties & senior stakeholders
The position is initially being recruited on an interim basis, but with the strong potential to convert to a permanent position.
