Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of campus recruitment including attraction, coordination, and offer management
- Coordinate high-volume interview processes
- Partner with stakeholders across trading, research, and tech teams to deliver hiring outcomes
- Support and deliver campus engagement strategies, including university events and fairs
- Build relationships with universities and student networks
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Assist with program management of graduate and intern cohorts
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment or coordination experience in agency or in-house, early careers exposure ideal
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- High energy, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A collaborative, ideas-driven approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines
