The Role

  • Managing your own ledger of clients maintaining excellent customer service and resolving queries
  • Processing, adjusting and issuing invoices
  • Manage the mailbox daily actioning when necessary
  • Review and confirm payments
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Running daily reports
  • Ad Hoc Admin tasks

The Person

  • Ideal for a medical receptionist/administrator who is looking for a new challenge and wants to develop into more of an admin/accounts support role to enhance their career
  • Medical experience is essential
  • Experience with billings, dealing with invoices and queries is beneficial
  • Excellent admin skills and attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills & communication skills
  • Permanent Residency or Australian Citizen as the position is permanent
