Part Time Office Manager/Administrator
  • Hunters Hill - Free Parking on Site and stunning views of the harbour and Bridge
  • $35ph - $37ph + Super - Part time, flexible hours and ongoing permanent role
  • Ideal for someone who has worked in an Officer All rounder role and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
Looking for an experienced Officer Manager/All rounder who can work autonomously for a small prestigious organisation and take control or their work.

The Client
Based on the Marina this prestigious complex is one of Sydney's most desirable areas with breath taking views of the harbour and Bridge. You will be office based and one of the only people in the office, so you will need to be able to work autonomously and efficiently to get the job done. Flexible working hours, fantastic benefits and the chance to become part of a small close knit community.
Part time Hours - Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Fridays - 1-5pm (Tuesday and Thursday when needed for a meeting and minutes to be done the next day when scheduled back on. However they can be fleixble around hours if need be.

The Role
  • Organise and attend all management meetings, preparing Agenda's and any supporting documents
  • Taking Minutes of meetings
  • Update Action/projects spreadsheet and send to Management, communicating with relevant stakeholders
  • Dealing with the owners and the Strata Managers - Issue approved Work Orders
  • Prepare all accounts for payment i.e. check against, quotes, budgets and update into system
  • Track and chase overdue debts
  • Prepare weekly summary expense reports
  • Oversee expenses to budget and highlight spending concerns, gaps in budgeting
  • Understand the Rules of the Association, following procedures and policies
  • Attend to Insurance renewals and review contracts
  • General Office Manager duties
  • Greeting visitors and members
The Person
  • Essential - Vast experience as a Sectary, Officer Manager, Senior Administrator
  • Ideal for someone who has worked in an Officer All rounder role and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
  • Confident to communicate with all levels of stakeholders and address issues if need be
  • Happy and comfortable working in quiet office environment, the majority of time on your own
  • Excellent admin and organisational skills
  • Great customer service skills & communication skills
  • Permanent Residency or Australian Citizen as the position is permanent
