The Role
- End to End Fortnightly Payroll using SAP
- Award Interpretation and exposure to multiple complex Awards/EBA's
- Payroll masterdata administration
- Ideally have operational payroll knowledge of SAP
- Month End Accruals & Recs
- Payroll tax & PAYG Reconciliations
- STP Compiliance Reporting
- Manual Calculations
- HRIS Admin
The role is being recruited on an urgent contract basis, with a view to permanency.
They have just appointed a first class Payroll Lead who is already making a significant impact on process efficiency & customer service. They are already creating an HR Shared Services centre of excellence, which will provide opportunities for succession planning. The Payroll Manager is a superb mentor, who is qualified Accountant and highly skilled in systems optimisation.
The organisation offers hybrid blend of office and remote working, currently operation a 3:2 model. Free car parking is available on site.
