Perfect for a customer focused Payroll Officer who enjoys building relationships and keen to be involved in process improvements.
With a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence and employee engagement, we are seeking a Payroll Officer to join an excellent Payroll Manager who can provide support and guidance.

THE ROLE
- Process end to end pays for 300+ staff using Micropay
- Set up new starters and maintain employee records
- Timesheet processing and payroll related queries
- Act as the key point of contact for employee payroll enquiries
- Process and reconcile quarterly superannuation payments
- Assist with payroll reporting, month end processes
- Ensure payroll compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements
THE PERSON
- Payroll experience required, with strong payroll legislation and compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident managing employee payroll queries and stakeholder relationships
- Experience using Micropay highly regarded
- Full Working Rights as this is a permanent role
