THE ROLE
  • Processing end-to-end payroll fortnightly
  • Maintaining employee payroll records and payroll data accuracy
  • Assisting with new starters, terminations, leave and payroll adjustments
  • Responding to payroll enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Award interpretation and payroll compliance support
  • Payroll reconciliations and reporting
  • Assisting with payroll audits and month-end activities
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
  • Working closely with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders
THE PERSON
  • 1-3+ years payroll experience in a Payroll
  • Experience processing payroll within retail, hospitality or other high-volume environments highly regarded
  • Dayforce experience highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in payroll
  • Positive attitude and team-first approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full working rights as this is a permanent role
