Payroll Officer

  • $80,000 + Super + Salary Tax Benefits (up to $90k package!)
  • Northern Beaches - WFH flexibility 3 days home/ 2 days office
  • End to End Payroll using Chris21 and Kronos - full training and support given!

THE CLIENT
My client is an industry leading, non-for-profit organisation with around 2000 employees delivering daily support services to customers all ages. They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Payroll Officer who can manage accurate and timely payroll processes to join the team and report to the Payroll Manager.

THE ROLE

  • End to end processing of payroll using Chris21
  • Maintenance of payroll and time and attendance system Kronos
  • Interpreting multiple awards/ agreements including the SCHADS award
  • Calculation and processing of termination payments
  • Processing increases and calculation of back pays
  • Payroll reporting
  • Reconciliation and payment of superannuation contributions
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries


THE PERSON

  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience
  • Experience processing payrolls on a weekly basis is desirable
  • Experience interpreting Awards/EBAs essential
  • Chris21 & Kronos experience desirable
  • Problem solving, analytical, strong numeracy skills
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal
  • Customer service focus
  • Would need to be Double Vaccinated and a Police Check will be taken once offered
