We have an exciting opportunity for one of Melbourne's most well known and loved NFP's.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Operations TL to join a very busy team.
Duties are:
- Lead the day-to-day team to ensure all pay runs are accurate in accordance with their relevant award or employment contract
- Lead the day-to-day operations to ensure timely processing for employee increments as per the relevant award
- Establish a high level of data integrity and conduct regular data cleansing activities.
- Managing payroll overpayments
- Identifying Training needs within the team
- Managing your direct reports Annual Performance Reviews
- Process improvement
- Change management
- Working closely with Payroll Manager on a number of projects/BAU
