Job Description

Position - Payroll Services/HR Executive

Salary - $30 - $35p/h + Super

Location - Olympic Park

Employment - Until December 2019

Start Date - ASAP

A well known, large national company whom we work closely with in Olympic park are looking to hire an ambitious, confident candidate with either experience in HR or Payroll as soon as possible, initially on a long term contract until December 2019.

Responsibilities;

  • Focus on delivering a customer centric experience for the leaders and team members
  • Create an engaging, consistent experience for leaders and team members within the People Services team
  • Invest in identifying and understanding opportunities within People Services end to end processes to enhance the experience for our people and improve efficiency's within our processes and systems
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of changes to organisation chart within the Payroll system
  • Establish strong partnering relationships with P&C, Payroll Executives and leaders across Lion
  • Proactively seek opportunities to learn relevant Payroll and Workplace Relations concepts
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of processes/tools
  • Proactively identify and analyse top query types to develop solutions and self service options

Experience

  • 1-2 years payroll/HRIS experience
  • Experience dealing with general HR/workplace relations issues
  • Experience working within a range of systems including payroll and HRIS
