We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Payroll professional within a well-known Aged Care group based in Melbourne. Assisting the pay run of 4500 employees with 3 direct reports we are looking for someone with a senior level of experience within payroll.
Desired Skills:
- A certified Payroll Specialist qualification or other relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded
- Experience in a complex Payroll function and team through periods of significant change
- Experience interpreting multiple complex Awards/Agreements and explaining these concepts to others
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with improving and enforcing business systems and controls
- Advanced Microsoft suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with ERP accounting system
- Experience with Chris21 and Time Target systems or similar
