A leading ASX leader with both onshore & offshore Shared Services operations.
The role is to troubleshoot service & systems errors for the offshored division of this high volume Accounts Payable function:
- SME & Process Lead for newly implemented Purchase to Pay solution (SAP/SRM technology)
- Escalation point for critical queries
- Ensure compliance to Procure to Pay Process, and implement robust controls to ensure strict adherence to these procedures
- Co-ordination point for critical issues raised from both a vendor & stakeholder perspective
- Drive a philosophy of process interrogation & improvement to enable best practice
The role is being recruited on a contract basis for 6 - 12 months, but has the opportunity to go permanent.
A Procure 2 Pay expert with exceptional knowledge of systems solutions in this area, and the ability to build effective engagement around these tools with a challenging & diverse stakeholder group.
