Job Description

This is a three month temporary contract with the possibility of an extension.

Your responsibilities will include (not limited to):

  • Provide administrative support in the management of processes through to delivery
  • Ensure supplier details are up to date
  • Liaise with suppliers externally and internally with stakeholders as assigned
  • Update spreadsheets as required
  • Supporting the Procurement team with ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will be/have the following:

  • Have previous procurement experience
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Must be confident in making outbound calls
  • Have previous data analysis experience
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be at an advanced level of Microsoft Excel
  • Have experience using Pivot Tables and V Look up
  • Must be available for the next three months minimum

The succesful candidate will be working in a team of four and be reporting into procurement manager directly.
