Job Description
This is a three month temporary contract with the possibility of an extension.
Your responsibilities will include (not limited to):
- Provide administrative support in the management of processes through to delivery
- Ensure supplier details are up to date
- Liaise with suppliers externally and internally with stakeholders as assigned
- Update spreadsheets as required
- Supporting the Procurement team with ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will be/have the following:
- Have previous procurement experience
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Must be confident in making outbound calls
- Have previous data analysis experience
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Be at an advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- Have experience using Pivot Tables and V Look up
- Must be available for the next three months minimum
The succesful candidate will be working in a team of four and be reporting into procurement manager directly.
