THE ROLE
- Answer and redirect incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner
- Welcome visitors, guests, and clients promptly and courteously
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Assist with mailing duties, courier pick-ups, and distributing faxes
- Support the Finance team with filing and month-end tasks
- Provide general administrative support as needed
THE PERSON
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Professional telephone manner and presentation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Word processing or data entry skills are highly regarded
- Previous reception or office administration experience preferred but open to graduates too
- Open to visa holders
