THE ROLE
- Supporting remuneration and total rewards programs
- Preparing analysis, modelling, and reporting to support decision making
- Working with large datasets to generate insights and recommendations
- Assisting with salary reviews, benchmarking, and reward frameworks
- Supporting job evaluation and maintaining data integrity
- Collaborating with P&C, Remuneration, and Payroll stakeholders
- Providing general support to the wider team and assisting with ad hoc request
THE PERSON
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Total Rewards or remuneration role
- Strong Excel skills with experience in modelling and data analysis
- Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Able to pass a National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights required
