THE ROLE

  • Supporting remuneration and total rewards programs
  • Preparing analysis, modelling, and reporting to support decision making
  • Working with large datasets to generate insights and recommendations
  • Assisting with salary reviews, benchmarking, and reward frameworks
  • Supporting job evaluation and maintaining data integrity
  • Collaborating with P&C, Remuneration, and Payroll stakeholders
  • Providing general support to the wider team and assisting with ad hoc request

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Total Rewards or remuneration role
  • Strong Excel skills with experience in modelling and data analysis
  • Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
  • Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
  • Able to pass a National Police Check
  • Full Australian working rights required
