This Australian Constrction company located in bustling Alexandria have been in operation for over 20 years and as they continue and grow within market are for an outstanding Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Director with quoting and administrative tasks. You will help deliver a memorable customer experience to clients whilst supporting the Sales Director and his direct reports, this role offers fantastic growth and development opportunities internally into Sales or Project Management.
Role overview:

  • Educate clients across the products range
  • Support sales teams with all administrative tasks
  • Create and dispatch quotes
  • Input and amend orders
  • Update CRM system
  • Process orders
  • Mail and filing
  • Process payments and send out invoicing
  • Assist other teams as required
  • Adhoc duties

About you:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience within a Construction or Hardware business
  • Strong delivery of customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Impeccable telephone manner
  • Outstanding time management
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Experience using CRM systems
