This ASX Media business is searching for a distinguished Corporate Receptionist for a temporary to permanent opportunity, starting next week! Our client is looking for a high energy candidate with a proactive nature that will fit into this corporate environment. This is a fast-paced office and you will need strong communication sills and initiative to manage the front of house and reception area whilst assisting the Office Manager and broader team.

Role responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet senior stakeholders
  • Manage all incoming calls and redirect
  • Receive paperwork/parcels from couriers and distribute to relevant staff
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Coordination of meeting rooms
  • Assist with event management
  • Travel coordination
  • Diary management
  • Data entry

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role and environment
  • Ability to deliver a 5* experience to every visitor to the building
  • Full working knowledge across Microsoft Office
  • Have a proactive mind set
  • An articulate attention to detail
