Senior Payroll & Systems Analyst

Job Title: Payroll & Systems Analyst (12-month FTC with a view to go perm),

Salary: $150K-$160K + Super

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Payroll & Systems Analysts to join a high-profile transformation project on a 12-month FTC. This role will support both BAU payroll operations and system implementation initiatives, providing a unique opportunity to work in a complex payroll environment and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple agreements and allowances
  • Work within BAU processes initially to gain a strong understanding of current operations
  • Contribute to project activities, including testing, process mapping, and system implementation
  • Document current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate effectively with payroll and HR teams to implement process and system enhancements

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong payroll expertise in complex environments
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or Workforce
  • Ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
