The Role
- Reviewing imports from HRIS to payroll system & Masterdata changes
- Creation of weekly Australian termination pay cycle
- Month end reporting: Superannuation and Payroll Tax for Australia; IRD reports for New Zealand.
- Calculation and lodgment of the Annual payroll tax returns
- Expat and Inpat calculations
- Redundancy and termination calculations
- Calculation of payroll data needed for quarterly reporting
- Monthly Journals
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement & Employee Queries
- Year End Reporting
- Ongoing Process Improvement Projects
This role is temporary on an ongoing basis (3- 6 month minimum) but with a strong opportunity for permanency. Exposure to ADP Payforce is essential for this role. The position is located in Sydney CBD, close to Town Hall station, although remote working is also required.
