THE ROLE
- End‑to‑end payroll processing for fortnightly pay runs
- Interpreting and applying Awards, Enterprise Agreements and NES
- Processing timesheets, allowances, overtime and adjustments
- New starter set‑ups and employee masterfile maintenance
- Termination, redundancy and manual payment calculations
- Generating wage reports and obtaining approvals
- Handling payroll queries from operational sites
- Processing child support and other statutory deductions
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
THE PERSON
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in payroll processing using iChris/Chris21
- Strong knowledge of Awards, EAs
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with internal stakeholders
- A proactive, team‑focused and self‑motivated approach
- Full Australian working rights (permanent role)
